CHICKEN MOILE
The Moile
is traditional recipe, mostly made by
East Indians Community of Mumbai , Thana , Vasai and Raigad District . Originally
Duck is the preferred Meat for Moile , But since its difficult to fetch Duck
these days especially in todays time Chicken has turned out to be the Best
choice . During East Indian Wedding , Christmas
and Easter time Duck comes into the
picture. I learnt this recipe long time ago from my Late husband Anthony
Dsouza. He was very good at it and some of the other dishes too , He was also
most particular about the quality of the Bottle Masala that I would be used for
this particular dish.
