In this recipe the ‘chinch‘ or the sourness comes
from Tamarind. The influences date back to the
Portuguese who would pickle their fish and meats for long sea voyages.
Please Bring In Mix
Seafood Consisting of small sized Bombil
,Mandeli and Prawns
Cut into pieces just Bombil
( Prawns and Mandeli you
leave it as it is ) and wash and
clean gently under cold water and allow the seafood to drain of all the excess
water .
