The
quality of the potatoes play an important role , cause sticky potatoes should

fry well the mashing of the potatoes should be done well so that there are no
lumps formed while kneading and stuffing the patties
The
mince mixture also should not be very oily and should not contain sauce the
mixture should be nice and dry .
