MASALA
Liver is good source
of vitamin A rich in iron and zinc , Kalji / Liver taste good however its made whether
you marinate with some masala or fry or make curry out of it , It also tastes
good when its made over the charcoal fire perfect as side dish great to have
with handbread / chapatis or pav , I
have made this using Chicken Liver you can also use Goat Liver only the cooking
time will differ and increase as chicken cooks faster
