GREEN CRAB CURRY
All this full moon no moon nonsense about why
crabs are nice and plump- very simple after the rice paddy is transplanted and
grows a bit the crabs enjoy the juicy shoots and put on some weight and flesh
and that is how we get nice plump field crabs which are simply delish
